Sally Magnusson is a BBC broadcaster, journalist and writer who has dedicated her life to the written word in a myriad of ways. She is currently a presenter on the Thursday and Friday night edition of BBC Scotland's Reporting Scotland as well as BBC Radio 4’s Tracing Your Roots and holds multiple honorary degrees, including a Doctorate of Letters from Glasgow Caledonian University.
Sally is the author of My Perfect Place in Scotland as well as several other books, including the first Horace book: Horace and the Haggis Hunter. Based in Glasgow, Sally is married to TV director and illustrator, Norman Stone. They have five children.
