    Heidi Moore Holmon is the owner and creative visionary behind the influential brand, De la Crème Creative Studio—a boutique shop specializing in providing a luxury cake experience to both clients and students of sugar art. Her cakes have graced the cover of magazines, and although a British native, she is one of the top ten cake artists in the USA with numerous awards under her belt.

    Residing in St. Louis, MO, Heidi spends her time creating, shooting and teaching cake artistry while raising her son (who is well on his way to becoming a little stuntman). With a background in graphic art, Heidi takes on design clients in between sugar related projects—creating beauty in all areas of her expertise. Heidi enjoys staying busy creatively and relaxes by immersing herself in fictional worlds of fantastical characters (aka a science fiction nerd).
