Your ADHD Handbook is a comprehensive three-part series designed to help adults or parents navigate the complexities of ADHD diagnosis and treatment. With more adults being diagnosed later in life, this essential resource empowers readers to take control of their ADHD journey with practical advice, debunked myths, and expert guidance.
Confidently navigate your ADHD diagnosis and treatment. Whether you're recognizing ADHD symptoms for the first time or have struggled with ADHD for years, this book offers the knowledge and tools to advocate for yourself in a healthcare system often lacking adequate support. Learn how to overcome the stigma, misinformation, and misdiagnosis that so many adults face.

Courtney Carini
After a lifetime of emotional struggles, feeling misunderstood by the world around her, and feeling like she was in a constant state of treading water Courtney Carini was diagnosed with ADHD in 2020 at the age of 38. She had built a successful multi-million dollar walnut snack company, but was still feeling lost, trapped, and bogged down by being spread too thin. She then spent the next 3 years deeply entrenched in all things ADHD, and learning to completely restructure and approach her life in a way that worked with her unique brain in this neurotypical world, and find her place with a clear path forward. Courtney started documenting her ADHD journey on social media and found a supportive and welcoming community there. She has gotten her ADHD Coaching Certification where she now supports clients with their ADHD Journey and managing their conditions. She lives in Fresno.
